Applicants must hold an unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive high standard of care, including medication administration and nursing care as directed by their individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, leading the team, and advocating for residents. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail will keep residents comfortable and safe.
