DESCRIPTION Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Axiom Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide essential support to residents in their daily living activities. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a key role in ensuring the health, comfort, and dignity of our residents, while working alongside a skilled clinical team in a supportive environment.

- Assist residents with daily living activities as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing
- Serve meals, assist with feeding, and provide water and nourishment between meals
- Support residents with mobility, including ambulating, turning, and positioning
- Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output
- Ensure resident comfort and respond promptly to call lights and requests
- Report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident observations
- Uphold resident privacy and dignity in accordance with HIPAA and facility standards
- Comply with all federal, state, and facility regulations and guidelines
- Stay current through educational opportunities and maintaining CNA certification
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in accordance with state law
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Long term care experience preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and assist residents with physical mobility needs
