Position Overview:This position provides professional nursing care and support to residents under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor in a team‑focused healthcare environment. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, maintaining medical records, and supporting daily resident care in accordance with established standards and guidelines. The role also supports staff, operates medical equipment, and helps maintain a safe, supportive, and compassionate care setting.
Essential Functions:- Under general supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, and in conformance with established standards, procedures, and policy, provides a full range of professional nursing services in the care and treatment of residents, such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, examining residents using nursing assessment skills and monitoring physical conditions and reactions to various treatments and adheres to State and Federal regulatory guidelines utilizing professional training and experience in the field of nursing.
