Where You Will Work:4 east is a dynamic 32-bed unit that specializes in caring for patients with Neurological disorders and patients that are requiring Neurosurgical pre and post operative care.
Additionally, 4 east also cares for patients with general medical-surgical, stroke and trauma care needs.
Our team provides high-quality, compassionate, patient centered care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced, supportive setting
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Add additional preferred qualifications
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

The Atrium Health Navicent Emergency Department, with helipad capability and three urgent care centers, treats over 140,000 visitors per year. MCNH provides a broad range of community-based outpatient diagnostic, primary care, wellness and comprehensive rehabilitation services. It is the primary academic hospital for Mercer University School of Medicine, providing residency and fellowship programs for over 100 residents and is affiliated with multiple universities as a clinical education site.
MCNH also operates the Doctors Office Building.
