Schedule: Day shifts as scheduled; site notes coverage across two campuses with shift variations and call coverage
Call: OR call may be available with MD backup (as noted); response time 20 minutes
Setting: Medically supervised model (as noted)
Travel and Lodging: Travel and lodging support may be available
EMR: Epic
Position Overview
- Hospital based CRNA coverage across a broad surgical case mix
- Must be proficient in regional anesthesia blocks; spinals and epidurals proficiency required
- Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
- Privileged CRNAs only (as noted)
- Pediatrics, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, ENT, plastics, podiatry (as noted)
- Additional cases may include cardiac, endoscopy, vascular, gynecology, and pain management depending on campus (as noted)
- Active Illinois license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS through AHA as required by the site
- Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
- Credentialing timeline varies by site and provider file completeness
