Quality Assurance Technician

E K Industries, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support our Quality team in a regulated chemical manufacturing environment. This role is well-suited for someone early in their quality career with hands‑on experience in quality systems and who is looking to deepen their exposure to ISO-based quality management and CAPA activities.

This is a practical, hands‑on QA role with direct involvement in day‑to‑day operations—not a purely desk‑based position.

• Support Quality Assurance activities across production, packaging, and laboratory operations
• Review batch records, production paperwork, and quality documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with nonconformances, deviations, and CAPA‑related activities (documentation, follow‑up, effectiveness checks)
• Perform routine in‑process and finished product quality checks
• Support document control activities (SOPs, forms, revisions, training records)
• Participate in internal audits and help prepare for external audits
• Work closely with Production and QC to identify and resolve quality issues

• 1 year of experience in a quality, QC, or regulated manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems (hands‑on exposure preferred)
• Understanding of CAPA concepts and quality investigations
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with documentation
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Hands‑on exposure to an ISO 9001 quality system in a real manufacturing environment
• Practical involvement in CAPA activities, investigations, and quality documentation
