Quality Systems Master Control Coordinator
OverviewResponsible for maintaining the activities relating to the Master Control System.
Responsibilities- Process Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Job Aids, and Forms through the Electronic Document Management System Master Control.
- Generate daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly reports in the Electronic Document Management System Master Control.
- Train new employees on the Electronic Document Management System Master Control.
- Provide status of documents/forms to owners.
- Abort actions, forms, and packets in the Electronic Management System Master Control.
- Manage Smartsheet reporting.
- Apply in‑depth knowledge of Master Control Docs and FBS workflows for troubleshooting.
- Assist with transfer of change controls and actions from legacy Quality Management System to Master Control.
- Participate in ongoing Master Control‑related projects to support system and metric compliance.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
- Overtime and/or weekend work may be required.
- Maintain attendance per company policy.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or 1–3 years of related experience/training.
- College‑level mathematical skills.
- Intermediate computer skills with ability to perform complex tasks.
- Full professional proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
- High reasoning skills for solving practical problems.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in different forms.
- Attention to detail.
- Independent or team‑oriented work capability.
- Effective presentation of information to diverse audiences.
- Timely identification and resolution of problems.
Hourly rate: $19.96–$22.46 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance coverage (including dental and vision), flexible spending account, and 401(k).
