Berkotfoods is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor in Joliet, IL, responsible for supervising daily quality control activities within the meat commissary operation. The ideal candidate will conduct inspections of raw materials, finished goods, and ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and other food safety regulations.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with preference for those holding an Associate's or Bachelor's in Food Science. At least three years of relevant experience and strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
