This position is offering a pay rate of $38.78/hr however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. • Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to investigate supplier and operational quality issues and ensure the issues are well defined and communicated to the cross‑functional team.
• Assess the impact of the issues and work with cross‑functional teams to liaise a path forward to disposition in order to mitigate production line downtime risk.
• Manage the coordination and disposition of nonconformance through Process Change Notifications or Deviations.
• Help conduct root cause analysis and provide fact‑based information to concerned parties for problem solving.
• Manage deviation and process change requests. Support NPI projects.

• Years of experience: 2-4 years in the manufacturing industry.
• Degree requirement:
  Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
