Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and document quality inspections with subcontractors and vendors across structural, architectural, civil, and mission-critical MEP systems.
  • Ensure inspections and testing are properly executed for underground utilities, concrete, steel, prefabricated assemblies, and specialty systems.

  • Conduct constructability and quality reviews during preconstruction and early trade coordination.
  • Communicate project-specific quality requirements to internal project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Lead QA/QC efforts from project kickoff through final handover and closeout.
  • Develop and implement project-specific quality management plans aligned with contract requirements and established quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality professionals responsible for site evaluations, reporting, inspections, and project-specific quality planning.
  • Coordinate with client representatives and project leadership to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Lead weekly QA/QC meetings with subcontractor quality personnel and other key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate receipt inspections and oversee third-party testing and inspection agencies.
  • Manage quality records, inspection reports, test results, deficiency logs, and other project documentation.
  • Track and report KPIs relating to defect trends, rework costs, inspection performance, and overall quality outcomes.
  • Issue and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCAs).
  • Support timely corrective and remedial actions in collaboration with the wider project team.
  • Participate in internal and external site audits and support the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Ensure all required quality documentation is compiled for final turnover, including as-built documentation, O&M manuals, turnover packages, and client closeout requirements.
  • Support a strong safety culture and ensure quality personnel actively participate in project safety programs and initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and help identify opportunities to eliminate defects and waste throughout project execution.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 7 years of QA/QC management experience within large-scale construction environments.
  • At least 3 years of experience working on mission-critical or hyperscale data center projects.
