Parts Counterperson – RV Dealership
Ricks RV Center is adding a team member to our Parts Department. This is a fast-paced, exciting position that will allow you to use your people skills to assist our customers with all of their parts needs. Experience isn't a must as long as you have an outgoing customer service focused personality. Having RV, camping, or outdoor experience would be preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers and vendors.
- Dispatch parts to technicians and Service Advisors for work orders. Create and modify purchase orders
- Take daily cycle counts of parts inventory
- Assist sales staff in providing accessories.
- Receive incoming parts
- Take advantage of all Parts training
- Take initiative to learn about all parts and accessories
- Provide product knowledge
- This list of duties is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilites as management may deem necessary.
- Valid Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to use a variety of software applications, websites and email.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Requires continuous visual ability for use of computer, files, and reports
- Requires stooping and lifting
- Ability to bend or sit for long periods
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds and reach above shoulders
