Customer Service Associate – Retail Associate
We’re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
- Manage sales transactions while operating the assigned cash register.
- Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
- Keep the store well‑stocked and recover merchandise.
- Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
- Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Follow other instructions and perform any related duties as may be required by the supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment (highly preferred).
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
- Physical capability to lift 30–50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Part‑time position located at 2900 Colorado Avenue, Joliet, Illinois 60431. Employment is at‑will.
