Salary and Compensation

Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per hour

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds. The ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
