A Day in the Life of an Inside Sales Rep’s at 2XL Corp:

Our Inside Sales Rep’s are responsible for developing 2XL's long-term client focused relationships with our current and distribution customers. They compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information obtained from Trade Shows, Distributor Memberships, Distribution Channels, and Wholesalers. You’ll also make outbound lead follows-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services while managing inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.

A successful Inside Sales Rep will develop relationships and provide product demos to qualified customers on request. Emphasize salable features, quote prices and credit terms, and prepare sales orders. Work with outside Account Managers to keep account activities and literature up to date. Track and order new sales supplies and marketing material. Occasionally travel with team members to and attend trade shows.

Highly successful Inside Sales Rep’s partner with our Outside Sales team to provide exceptional internal support including; entering new customer sales data into our CRM database, preparing reports on business transactions. Works directly with our customers to coordinate estimate date of delivery of products. Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries. Proactively identifies and coordinates customer training and/or demos.
