Job OverviewWe are currently hiring an Entry Level Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for motivated individuals looking to gain valuable experience in sales, customer engagement, marketing, and client relations. You’ll work directly with customers in a retail environment, helping promote products and services while building professional communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities- Engage directly with customers to provide product and service information
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions tailored to their interests
- Support sales initiatives and customer acquisition efforts
- Promote current campaigns, promotions, and brand offerings in a face‑to‑face setting
- Build positive relationships with customers, retail partners, and team members
- Assist with retail marketing displays, branding materials, and promotional setups
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on client promotions and updates
- Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and leadership development workshops
Help support brand awareness initiatives and local marketing campaigns - Track personal performance metrics and contribute to overall campaign success
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Self‑motivated and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Weekly pay plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses
