Responsibilities

  • Compile daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports for the Commercial Team, including revenue pickup report, status change reporting, turndown reports, market production and history reports, reservations entered reports, pace reporting, group pickup meeting preparation, pipeline report, group & travel industry month end reporting and territory reporting for goal setting.
  • Assist DORM and Commercial Director in compiling presentation decks for monthly, weekly and ad‑hoc meetings.
  • Maintain group attrition reporting and the attrition database to support Managers.
  • Complete daily sales administrative tasks: set up amenities; merge proposals / contracts / addendums; route turnovers for confirmed business; send Canary links; assign leads; answer inquiry lines for the Commercial Department; provide email coverage for Commercial Coordinators and ADOS when needed.
  • Send out site inspection forms and coordinate with Hotel Operations Team to ensure showrooms and meeting spaces are ready for client viewing.
  • Review definitive turnover to ensure accurate inventory management and controls.
  • Maintain all sales files per procedures and standards.
  • Execute Golden Sales & Catering administrative duties: ensure corporate compliance; enter events / group bookings; manage contract templates and interface; maintain accuracy in Golden Sales & Catering (Salesforce); edit and audit Golden reports; keep tools up‑to‑date.
  • Cover essential revenue‑management functions in the absence of the Director of Revenue Management (DORM): run & update forecast report; update yield‑strategy sheet; monitor reservation pickup; update rate‑code yielding in PMS; monitor compression dates.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc projects: corporate requests, marketing plan / budget seasons, pilot projects, and revenue‑strategy initiatives.
  • Submit daily revenue information to STR for benchmark reporting; support special projects assigned to the Commercial Team.
  • Utilize PMS (OPERA), Salesforce (Golden), Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Travel Click, STR, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, and other business analytic tools.
Qualifications
  • Valid work authorization for the United States.
  • Proficiency with PMS (OPERA), Salesforce (Golden Sales & Catering), Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Travel Click, STR, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, and related business analytic tools.
