Position: High-Ticket Sewer Sales Consultant

J. Blanton Plumbing is experiencing rapid growth and is actively expanding our Sewer Sales Division
. As part of this expansion, we are looking to connect with high-performing HVAC Comfort Consultants, Advisors, and In-Home Sales Professionals who are ready to leverage their skills in a more stable, year-round, high-ticket sales environment
.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct in-home, consultative sales appointments with homeowners
  • Assess customer needs and recommend high-ticket sewer solutions
  • Present clear options and guide customers through confident buying decisions
  • Own the sales process from initial consultation through close
  • Build trust, rapport, and long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth job execution
Who We’re Looking For
  • This role is ideal for:
  • HVAC Comfort Consultants / Comfort Advisors
  • Residential HVAC Sales Professionals
  • In-home, high-ticket sales consultants
  • Professionals with strong technical understanding and customer-first sales approach
  • 2+ years of HVAC or in-home residential sales
  • Proven success in consultative, face-to-face sales environments
  • Experience presenting options (good / better / best)
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and closing ability

    Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer homes
  • No prior sewer sales experience required,
