Logistics Account Executive (Carrier Sales)

• Full-Cycle Ownership:
  Create and manage your own book of business through aggressive lead generation and relationship management
• Strategic Sourcing:
  Identify, vet, and negotiate with carrier partners to move freight efficiently and profitably
• Market Mastery:
  Maintain a pulse on freight market trends to make informed, real-time pricing and capacity decisions
• Collaborative Execution:
  Work closely with the customer sales team to resolve inquiries and ensure high-touch service delivery
• Capacity Documentation:
  Accurately track and manage truck capacity within our proprietary TMS to optimize workflow

• You have a 'sales drive' and thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• You are a confident communicator who enjoys the 'art of the deal'
• You possess a Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Business, or Communications preferred) and a strong work ethic
• While previous experience in logistics or customer service is preferred, we value grit and a willingness to learn
