My client helps redefine how revenue and service teams operate inside Salesforce.
They are embedding AI-driven decisioning and intelligent orchestration directly into Sales and Service workflows — enabling companies to route smarter, prioritize better, and act faster.

Chicago, Atlanta or Miami. Regular visits to the office.
As a Business Development Manager, you will own pipeline generation and early-stage deal qualification, leveraging Salesforce as the system of record. You will combine outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and CRM discipline to create high-quality pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Execute outbound campaigns (email, Linked In, calls)
- Identify ICP accounts using Salesforce insights
- Track activities and manage CRM hygiene
- Qualify leads using MEDDICC/BANT
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing
- Pipeline generated ($)
- Number of sales-qualified opportunities
- CRM activity and data accuracy
- 3–6+ years SaaS BD/SDR experience
- Experience in working as a BDR for a SaaS company.
