Responsibilities
- Drive regional/area performance through strategic leadership, coaching, and development of a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs)
- Own regional execution and accountability for delivering against sales objectives
- Execute market strategy and ensure compliant implementation across accounts
- Engage in the field to elevate individual and team performance with approximately 75% travel
- Maintain relationships with key institutions and health systems
- Analyze regional performance trends and competitive landscape for strategy formulation
- Foster operational efficiency and compliance in administrative activities
- Bachelor’s Degree required;
Advanced Degree preferred (MBA, MPH, PharmD, or related field) - 10+ Years of related pharmaceutical sales experience
- Proven leadership experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of drug development and commercialization
- Advanced strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Exceptional coaching, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to lead within a matrixed organization
- High degree of business acumen, accountability, and execution focus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
