Carrier Sales Representatives provide reliable, cost‑effective transportation solutions for Load Delivered’s network of shipping customers. Some specific job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Prospect and on‑board quality carriers to handle our growing volume of shipments.
- Negotiate pricing with carriers on both the spot and contracted levels.
- Establish and nurture relationships within your network.
- Build and deepen internal relationships with client‑facing teams to grow your book of business.
- Leverage Load Delivered’s technology to focus on relationship building and higher‑level sales strategy.
- Responsible self‑starter, highly motivated to succeed.
- Ability to build strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional persuasion, motivation, and influence skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
- Downtown Chicago location
- Base salary plus uncapped commission
