** Pay & Earnings Potential*** $25,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions
* First-Year Earnings as an Outside Sales Representative: potential $75,000–$120,000
* Top-performing Outside Sales Representatives typically earn $150,000–$200,000+ annually
** What You'll Do
*** Consult with homeowners and recommend window and door solutions.
* Conduct in-home appointments and assess replacement opportunities.
* Educate customers on product features, benefits, warranties, and financing options.
* Prepare quotes, present proposals, and close sales.
* Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.
* Stay current on products, industry trends, and best practices.

* ** Regularly stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout the day
