Job Description
Amazing opportunity for a talented administrative professional. This highly visible position will work for a stable, dynamic organization and will provide administrative support for the sales efforts of the company. This is a Monday-Friday on site position. Recruiter:

This position has the following responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of all the administrative tasks necessary to support the go-to‑market strategies and challenges of the Sales Department
- Direct support to one or more Sales Managers; supporting their needs in servicing the customers
- Attending and offering administrative support during in‑town Sales Shows
- Preparing product price quotes for customers
- Preparing sales reports as needed using system generated reporting and Excel‑based formats
- Prepare correspondence for Sales Managers, addressed to customers, manufacturer’s representatives and sales brokers
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests
- Processing Product Sample Orders - enter sample orders in system, perform quality checks and facilitate shipment/fulfillment
- Coordinate travel plans of sales managers.
- Coordinate Sales Shows, including manager schedules, travel and entertainment scheduling.
- Prepare expense reports for assigned Sales Managers.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an administrative or customer service support role within a sales department.
- Bachelor’s Degree or professional experience equivalent a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel spreadsheets. ERP systems such as Oracle experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
- Well organized, with strong multi‑tasking skills‑set.

- Strong customer service orientation.
- The ability to work independently is a must.
