What You’ll DoAs our Regional Sales Manager – Midwest US
, you’ll drive sales growth by nurturing relationships with current accounts and building new distribution partnerships in the food service channel. You’ll be a key player in expanding our U.S. presence and influencing the future of the business.
- Cultivate and grow existing distributor customer relationships within the Midwest U.S. region
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across target segments
- Implement sales and marketing programs tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate on product education and support initiatives like sales meetings and ride alongs
- Analyze accounts and develop quarterly territory strategies
- Provide regular updates on sales activity, forecasts, and key projects
- Manage a flexible travel schedule (30–60% travel)
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (food service or ingredient sales preferred)
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Passion for the culinary industry and an eagerness to stay current with trends
- Willingness to travel regularly and adapt to the needs of a growing market
