3940 Group is hiring a Sales Associate in Peoria, IL. The role is full-time, handling face-to-face marketing and sales in retail and event environments. You will engage customers, promote products, and help drive brand awareness and sales growth through personal interaction.
Includes a structured training program to develop communication, sales, and leadership skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with $15/hour pay plus bonuses and commission opportunities.
