Job Summary

Mennonite College of Nursing is accepting applications to support the day-to-day operations at the Springfield location during the traditional fall and spring semesters. This position has flexible hours and requires excellent communication skills to interact with a variety of internal and external ISU constituents.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Required Qualifications
  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • Exceptional communication skills and strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail; dependability
  • Ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialized information
  • Good interpersonal skills for dealing effectively and cooperatively with faculty, staff, students, and public
  • Ability to perform routine office work using basic clerical skills
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, using good judgment, confidentiality, and discretion
Work Hours

16 hours per week between 8am and 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional events may be outside these hours.

Functional Expectations

Must be able to complete the following with or without reasonable accommodations:

  • Remain at workstation for extended periods.
  • Effectively communicate on a daily basis.
