Retail/Health Care Security Officer (CHIW SO)
Joliet, IL, United States of America
$16.72 - $20.00
ShiftFull-Time and Part-Time position. 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, weekends.
Must be able to work weekends.
Responsibilities- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
- Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Familiarity with security equipment.
- Prior medical or clinic experience preferred.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – integrity, communication, excellent service, and accountability.
- Willingness to participate in the company pre‑employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
High School Diploma or GED.
Certification Requirements- Permanent Employee Registration Card.
- 20‑hour basic training.
