Pay Rate: $18.39 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Sunday: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and staff by following site‑specific access procedures, badging requirements, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or delivery documentation, and help to control access for employees, contractors, vendors, and authorized visitors.
• Respond to incidents, gate issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including the perimeter, parking areas, trailer yards, and dock areas, while observing and reporting unusual activity and other security‑related concerns.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and support truck traffic flow and/or queue management in accordance with site policies.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
