Title: Security Guard – WEEKEND AM

Location: Joliet, IL 60436

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Shift: (schedule detailed below)

Security Guard 2: Friday: 1:00 pm – 6:30 pm;
Saturday, Sunday and Monday: 9 am – 6:30 pm

This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure warehouse environment by protecting inventory and monitoring site activity. The position requires continuous standing, walking, and strong attention to safety protocols.

• Safeguard warehouse inventory and prevent loss or theft.
• Conduct routine patrols throughout the facility.
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Utilize security equipment, including metal detectors.
• Respond to incidents using proper safety and emergency procedures.
• Maintain a professional and visible presence onsite.

• Minimum of 2 years of security experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Candidates with their own security uniform and metal detector equipment will be prioritized and eligible for the top pay rate.
• Strong security awareness and emergency response skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Must wear proper security uniform at all times.
• Experience using metal detectors or willingness to learn.
• Must undergo pre-employment screening such as background check.

Fast‑paced warehouse setting with a high level of activity. This role requires long periods of standing and walking, along with strong attention to detail and safety.
