Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and employees by following site-specific access control procedures and visitor management protocols;
Monitor entry and exit points to deter unauthorized access at a logistics and distribution location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report concerns to site contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, including gate areas, loading zones, and parking areas;
Maintain accurate access logs, incident reports, and shift activity records; communicate security procedures and traffic expectations with site personnel
