Lead Surveillance Officer - Harrah's Joliet

The Lead Surveillance Officer supports the Surveillance Supervisor in overseeing the daily operations of the Surveillance Department to ensure the safety, security, and integrity of casino operations. This role assists with leading and mentoring Surveillance Officers, monitoring gaming activity through surveillance systems, conducting investigations, documenting incidents, and ensuring compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and internal controls. The Lead Surveillance Officer serves as the department lead in the supervisor's absence and is expected to demonstrate strong leadership, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
