About the Role:

Vexitey is looking for a motivated and dependable Lead Installer to join our growing installation team. This role will serve as the primary installer for a growing health franchise nationwide. You will be responsible for traveling to new franchise locations, leading onsite installation work, and ensuring every studio is delivered to our quality standards.

This position requires frequent travel, sometimes for multiple weeks at a time. All travel, lodging, and expenses are covered.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the installation of equipment, audiovisual systems, networking, and other technology in new franchise locations
• Work hands-on with tools, lifts, studio fixtures, cabling, and hardware
• Coordinate with project managers, franchise owners, contractors, and vendors onsite
• Troubleshoot issues in the field and ensure installs are completed accurately and on schedule
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout each project
• Document completed work, submit photos, and communicate progress daily

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude
• Experience with installation, construction, low-voltage, carpentry, A/V, or similar fields (preferred but not required)
• Ability to travel for extended periods (1–3 weeks at a time)
• Comfortable working independently as the lead on a job
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/lifts
