Work-Life Balance:
- Sunday
- Wednesday OR Wednesday
- Saturday, 6:00am-4:30pm - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 6am-4:30pm
- Wednesday
- Saturday, 4pm-2:30 with $3/hr shift differential - 3 weeks (120 hours) of PTO from day ONE

What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and repair trailer and Class 8 equipment issues
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs
- Complete repair order and maintenance documentation accurately and on time
- Identify and properly classify repairs, including:
- Preventative maintenance
- Component failure
- Abuse
- Accident-related damage
- Record parts, materials, and repairs details using company systems
- Document repair stories, root causes, and corrective actions to support warranty recovery
- Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed
- Other duties as assigned
