Maintenance Associate - 1st shift

Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for but is not limited to routine maintenance of the building which will include, repairing dock doors, light plumbing, and light trailer repair.

Monday - Friday, 6am-2pm

Base Pay: $28.50 per hour. Lead Differential starting at $1.50. Second Shift differential starting at $1.50.

• 3 years’ experience in building and equipment maintenance
• High school diploma required, technical skills from similar job experience
• Mechanical skills related to installation, maintenance, and repair of various plumbing and mechanical systems
• Must be able to lift 50lbs routinely throughout the work shift
• Successfully pass pre‑employment background and drug screening
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
