Network Architect Journeyman TSSCI

Hourly Pay Rate: $25.02

• Perform duties in carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, heating / cooling, ventilation, roofing and security.
• Inspect buildings, sites and equipment for needed repair / maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests. Troubleshoot issues to determine cause and solution.
• Assist with construction project management.
• Maintain records and prepare reports (cost analysis, proposals, etc.).
• Support CTDI’s sustainability initiatives
• Work with all levels of management to define and prioritize work flow.

• Working knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical, appliances, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, drywall, boilers, as well as grounds maintenance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues
• Turn projects around in a timely and efficient manner

• 5+ years of experience with building management and/or maintenance.
• Experience working with outside vendors and contractors a plus
• Commercial electrical experience preferred.
• Experience with automatic conveyor maintenance/repair is a plus.
