Competitive Pay:
Earn up to $38/hr based on experience.

$1,500 sign‑on bonus.

Paid weekly throughout your shift.

Three weeks (120 hours) PTO from day one.

$1,200 annual tool allowance, $200 boot allowance, and $1,200 CDL A or B stipend.

• Sunday – Wednesday or Wednesday – Saturday, 6:00am – 4:30pm
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 6:00am – 4:30pm
• Wednesday – Saturday, 4:00pm – 2:30pm with $3/hr shift differential

Trailer Technician – Joliet, IL.

• Diagnose and repair trailer and Class 8 equipment issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs.
• Identify and properly classify repairs, including preventative maintenance, component failure, brake components, dolly legs, panel and other related repairs, and doors and related hardware.
• Record parts, materials, and repair details using company systems.
• Perform welding and fabrication repairs as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of fleet maintenance experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing Class 8 equipment.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with diagnostic software and computer‑based repair tools (training will be provided if needed).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical maintenance tasks.
