Salary Range: $17.00 To $40.00 Hourly

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on store equipment, including refrigeration systems, HVAC units, and food service equipment
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement timely, effective solutions
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components as needed
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair requests
• Install, replace, and test mechanical components and systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and company policies
• Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance records, and parts inventory
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when specialized repairs are required
• Support general facility maintenance tasks as needed

• High school diploma/GED required
• 3+ years of mechanical, maintenance, or related experience preferred (commercial or retail experience a plus)
• Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and diagnostic techniques
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• 3+ years experience in the electrical trade
• Able to work well on a team
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Insurance Package after 60 Days of Employment

Pay Rate:$17 - $40 per hour, depending on experience
