Position Overview

We are mission-driven to advance wellbeing across the Quality of Life ecosystem through impactful leadership. The Technology Solutions Leader role requires a highly skilled and innovative individual with experience in Salesforce, systems integrations, and databases.

A successful candidate will be a strong collaborator and leader confident in leading and mentoring developers as well as working directly with business sponsors to solve business challenges. This is a hands‑on role focused on building Salesforce enterprise applications during a period of significant technical transformation.

They will be responsible for transitioning legacy systems and architecture to cloud‑based solutions with a focus on Salesforce, reporting, and cloud‑based integrations. The role will collaborate with business analysts, product managers, vendors, developers, and the data architect to design, develop, test, implement, and support solutions. Work will be conducted in a remote environment.

Salary and benefits
Base salary $145,000–$165,000 plus a target bonus of 15% of base salary. The package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, and generous paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Solution Architecture and Governance: Maintains an understanding of firmwide needs and aligns technology solutions with strategy, future scalability, and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Manages and provides day‑to‑day direction to a development team consisting of Salesforce developers, a Salesforce administrator, and BI report developers; ensures alignment to business direction, fosters professional development, and retains talent.
  • System and Process Optimization: Converts business processes and end‑to‑end workflows into cohesive, automated systems focused on scalability, maintainability, and efficiency; enhances legacy systems as needed while advancing CRM and ERP implementations.
  • CRM Implementation and Integration: Partners with internal teams and external vendors to implement Salesforce as the enterprise‑level CRM, including integrations to internal and external data sources, app‑store applications, and third‑party solutions; oversees testing, technical support, and training.
  • Vendor and Product Management: Works directly with vendors to stay informed of product enhancements, releases, and fixes; recommends new features and functionality to improve business processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (concentration in computer science, information systems, or technology preferred).
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • 10+ years of business and systems experience as a technical resource, preferably as a developer.
  • 5+ years of experience leading development teams in a technical architecture or similar role.
  • 3+ years of developer/technical architecture experience in Salesforce.
  • 3+ years of experience building API integrations.
  • Experience with enterprise‑class tools and technologies.
  • Experience overseeing technical activities of third‑party vendors/partners.
  • Experience working with and extending packaged software applications.
  • Experience building and developing a high‑performing team.
