Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on QMS Quality Engineer to enhance and configure Veeva Vault Quality/QDocs in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities- Configure Veeva Vault Quality workflows, security models, and life cycles.
- Automate quality workflows and build platform enhancements.
- Support integrations with SAP, MES, LES, Workday, and Success Factors.
- Troubleshoot, triage, and provide technical guidance.
- Support business process improvements across quality, manufacturing, laboratory, and compliance systems.
- Local to Indiana and willing to convert permanent.
- Experience in both Pharma and Medical Device industries.
- Strong hands-on Veeva Vault Quality configuration experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering/development and SDLC experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Veeva Vault/Quality Vault certification.
- Veeva Technical Lead, Senior Administrator, or Consultant experience.
- Veeva implementation/enhancement experience.
- Experience with SAP, MES/LES/LIMS, Workday, Success Factors, integrations, automation, or AI.
