Utility ; Stck​/San

Position: Utility 1 (Stck/San)
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lumper to join our team here at Agile Cold Storage - Kaufman. As a Lumper, you will be responsible for unloading and loading freight from trucks and ensuring that the freight is properly stacked, sorted and stored. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that all freight is handled safely and efficiently.

This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a cold, fast-paced and labor-intensive environment.

Schedule: Schedules are subject to change based on workload.

• Monday - Friday
  • 1st Shift - 7am to 5pm
  • 2nd Shift
    -6pm to 2am

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a cold storage and fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or transportation setting
• Experience with inventory processing
• Ability to work flexible hours

Responsibilities:

• Unload and load freight from trucks
• Stacking and organizing products on pallets
• Ensure that all freight is handled safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with the operations team to meet daily goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

As a Lumper, you will use your strong attention to detail and physical strength to unload and load freight from trucks.
