Worldwide Equipment Sales (WWE), a division of Pritchard Companies, is looking for a dependable and professional CDL OTR Driver to join our team. This role is essential in transporting commercial trucks, carriers, and specialty equipment to customers, auctions, and partner locations nationwide. What You'll Do
- Operate CDL-required equipment to transport trucks and specialty units across multiple states.
- Complete long-haul routes while maintaining full compliance with all DOT and company safety standards.
- Perform thorough pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections and report any issues promptly.
- Load, secure, and deliver units with the highest level of care and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed trip logs, fuel receipts, delivery documentation, and DOT-required records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, sales, and customers regarding timing, routes, and delivery status.
- Represent WWE professionally at every delivery, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of assigned truck and equipment.
- Follow all federal, state, and company transportation policies.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support fleet and dealership operations.
- Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
- Minimum 2 years OTR driving experience preferred.
- Experience hauling commercial vehicles or specialty equipment strongly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of DOT regulations, HOS rules, and load-securement practices.
- Ability to use chains, straps, tie-downs, and other securement tools safely.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage changing routes, and meet delivery deadlines.
- Must meet DOT medical qualifications and pass pre-employment screening.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in outdoor environments.
