Western Express – Class‑A Truck Driver (Flatbed)
Western Express is hiring Class‑A truck drivers for its Flatbed division. We offer real miles, steady pay, and a variety of benefits.
Compensation and Benefits- Base Pay – Up to $100,000 per year.
- Flatbed Rate – Experienced drivers earn up to 56 CPM.
- Safety Bonus – Up to $2,000 monthly for qualifying drivers.
- Other Perks – $1,000 driver referral bonus (unlimited), paid vacation, 401(k), health, dental and vision coverage, pet & rider coverage.
- No Loading/Unloading – Many loads are pre‑tarped.
- Training – No experience necessary; company provides training.
- Valid CDL‑A (Class
A) license. - Minimum age 21 years.
- Eligibility for safety bonus and trainer program depends on tenure and accident‑free record.
- Drive for 1‑3 months or more to qualify as a trainer.
- Potential to earn up to $130,000 annually once qualified.
