Pay in Joliet, IL:
Base pay from $19.50-$20.00 per hour based on skills and experience. 2nd Shift differential starting at $1.50. Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm.

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in accordance with company safety policies.
• Load and unload trailers, railcars, perform order picking and transport to designated areas.
• Check product on inbound/outbound to ensure items, quantities are correct and no damage.
• Use handheld scanners/equipment for warehouse management system compliance.
• Perform daily maintenance inspections of equipment.
• Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates.
• Participate in keeping the facility clean, neat, and orderly.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1‑year experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically exerting tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and background investigation.
• Ability to work overtime and adjust schedule as needed.

• Experience with RF equipment.
• Warehouse experience in a high‑volume environment; experience in a food grade, refrigerated warehouse helpful.
• Familiarity with and ability to use order management systems such as WMS.
• Forklift certified.
