We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree account based out of Joliet, IL. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for strong weekly earnings and consistent freight.
Pay & Compensation
Average weekly pay: $1,500 – $1,700
Average annual pay: $75,000 – $100,000
Top performers earn $2,000+ weekly
Additional pay:
- $245 per unloaded trailer
- $70 backhaul pay
- $25 per stop
Mileage Pay
0–11 months: $0.82 CPM
12–23 months: $0.83 CPM
24–35 months: $0.84 CPM
36+ months: $0.85 CPM
Sign-On Bonus
$2,500 total payout
Home Time
Weekly 34-hour reset
Freight & Routes
100% touch freight
Deliveries to Dollar Tree stores in IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY
Average 800–1,000 miles weekly
Equipment
International and Freightliner tractors
Training
2-day ride along
Paid at $150/day
Requirements
CDL-A license
Must be physically capable of unloading freight
Must be flexible with schedules and workdays
Drivers must park trucks at Markham Terminal or Dollar Tree Joliet DC
