You'll average 800–1,000 miles weekly on dedicated regional freight, driving Freightliner and International tractors with the backing of an on-site operations team that keeps things running smoothly.
Before you're on your own, you'll complete paid training at $150 per day
, including safe unloading practices to set you up for success.
The average driver earns $1,500–$1,700 per week
, while top performers regularly earn $2,000+ weekly
, with annual earnings reaching up to $100,000
.
Your paycheck is built from more than just miles:
- Up to $0.85 CPM based on experience
- $245 for every unload
- $70 backhaul pay
- $25 stop pay
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months
- Ability to safely unload freight
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to park equipment at the designated terminal/distribution center
- Clean MVR
- Clean background
- Strong work ethic
- Not SAP Friendly
