Transportation Aide

Farmington Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant to support various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record. CNA certification recommended. Also, must be willing to work weekends, early mornings, and evenings as needed.

• Provide transportation for residents
• Drive company vehicles for transportation needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all company vehicles
• Support customer service efforts when required
• Perform heavy lifting tasks as necessary – Assist residents in/out of vehicles and ensure their safety while they are being transported

• Prior experience in resident transportation or related fields preferred
• Ability to maintain a clean driving record
• Proficiency in shuttle driving, paratransit, or bus driving is advantageous
• Capability to handle heavy lifting requirements
