Top drivers earn $1,775-$2,100 / week

• Activity pay for the WORK you do, not just the miles you run:
  • $20 for pickups and deliveries
  • $12 for trailer relays and shuttles
  • $20/hour detention pay (starts after 1 hour)
  • $270 - $280/day layover pay
• Paid orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters - $200/day

Domicile in Chicago IL, Quad Cities IL/IA, Kenosha WI, Indianapolis IN, or Columbus OH? Add $0.05/mile to your base rate and $100 to your guarantee.

• Earn $86,000 - $95,000 in year 1 ($89,000 - $98,000 with Transition Bonus)
• $1,500 - $1,550 weekly guarantee (based on experience)

Prefer to stay out 3-4 weeks at a time? Add $0.02/mile to your base rate and +$50 to your guarantee.

• Home weekly in our primary region. Your Driver Hiring Manager will clearly explain your home time options (based on your location) before offering a position.

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older
• At least 6 months of recent experience
• Valid CDL A
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• Meet all other Nussbaum requirements

We believe in the jobs we offer, and we're confident you'll find a home here. But, if you decide in the first 90 days that Nussbaum isn't the right fit, we'll help you transition out with a $2,000 payout. No gimmicks or strings attached. Must haul for 30 days and separate before 90 days.
