Schedule: Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Salary: $63,000–$68,000 annually, based on experience

We're looking for a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in providing exceptional support to professional drivers.

• Coordinate roadside repairs for tractors and trailers across North America.
• Communicate with drivers to troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine the best course of action.
• Dispatch repair vendors and monitor repairs through completion.
• Coordinate towing and equipment recovery when needed.
• Keep Operations and Dispatch informed of equipment status and repair timelines.
• Review repair estimates and help manage maintenance costs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and vendor documentation.
• Build strong relationships with repair vendors while delivering outstanding customer service.

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years of experience in fleet maintenance, transportation, logistics, roadside assistance, or a related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Experience with Class 8 truck and trailer maintenance
• Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations
• Experience coordinating roadside breakdowns or emergency repairs
• Familiarity with fleet maintenance software
