- 3. Maintain and operate company-assigned modern sleeper trucks and 53’ dry van equipment with care, conducting essential pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.

- 2. A minimum of 1–2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience hauling freight across multiple states in the U.S.
- 3. Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past three years, showcasing a commitment to safety and accountability.
- 1. Experience operating Drop & Hook routes and running high-mileage schedules, with demonstrated ability to navigate long hauls independently and efficiently.
- 2. Familiarity with in-cab technology, GPS systems, and electronic logging devices (ELD) to ensure accuracy in recording hours and route tracking.
- 3. Prior experience driving a well-equipped sleeper truck with 53’ dry vans, along with a strong understanding of various terminal networks.
