We are seeking a Warehouse Transportation Specialist to coordinate daily transportation operations and carrier capacity. This position will work closely with UPS, Fed Ex, third-party logistics providers, and warehouse teams to ensure orders are shipped and delivered on time.

- Coordinate daily warehouse shipments and carrier capacity.
- Communicate with UPS, Fed Ex, and other carriers regarding pickups and deliveries.
- Arrange vehicles, pickup times, and transportation based on order volume.
- Handle shipping issues such as delays, missed scans, lost packages, and returns.
- Track delivery performance, carrier capacity, and logistics data.
- Coordinate with company-operated warehouses, 3PL warehouses, and internal teams.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing, 3PL, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.
- Familiarity with UPS, Fed Ex, or other U.S. carriers is preferred.
- Basic English communication skills for daily work.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, coordination, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
